The Quiet Language of Ornament

Walls have long served as canvases for artistic expression, carrying stories of culture, craftsmanship and place. At House of Jaipur, we reinterpret this tradition through bespoke decorative surfaces conceived for contemporary interiors.

From intricate stone inlay to the reflective beauty of Thikri mirror work, each composition draws upon techniques refined across generations, finding new expression through a contemporary design language.

Our studio works closely with architects, interior designers and homeowners to develop site-specific compositions, considering the character, proportions and atmosphere of each space.

Individually made by skilled artisans, these surfaces transform ordinary walls into enduring expressions of art, brsinging depth, individuality and a sense of permanence to the interiors they inhabit.

A wall can do more than define a space. It can introduce rhythm, create a focal point or establish a visual connection between different elements of an interior.

We explore surfaces through contrasts of light and shadow, intricate detailing and unexpected combinations of colour and texture. Some compositions are quiet and understated; others are bold, immersive and designed to command attention.

Whether conceived as a single feature wall or an expansive decorative installation, each surface offers a different way of experiencing a room.

FAQs

Can you create bespoke wall panels based on our design or architectural requirements?

Every wall composition can be developed around an individual architectural brief. We work with drawings, reference images, patterns and original design concepts, adapting materials, colours, proportions and decorative detailing to complement the intended space.

Are there any limitations to the size or application of your decorative wall panels?

Our decorative surfaces can be developed across a wide range of scales, from small feature panels for kitchens and bathrooms to full-height stone inlay compositions on wood-based substrates for living rooms and expansive interiors.

We also undertake complete Sheesh Mahal-inspired interiors, incorporating intricate mirror work across walls, ceilings and architectural details to create immersive decorative spaces.

Rather than working within fixed dimensions, each project is developed around its architectural requirements. Panel sizes, material selection, structural support, moisture exposure and installation methods are carefully considered to ensure the design is both visually cohesive and technically suitable for its intended environment.

Do you ship bespoke decorative wall panels internationally?

Our decorative wall panels can be produced for international projects, with shipping arrangements considered according to the destination, material and dimensions. Each composition is packed with attention to its structural and surface requirements. Estimated production timelines, transportation and installation considerations are discussed during project development.

Can you help design a wall panel if I only have a rough idea?

A fully developed concept is not necessary to begin. Our design process starts with understanding your ideas, aesthetic preferences, intended space, dimensions and material choices. Reference images, sketches or even a simple description can provide a starting point.

From there, we develop a detailed design proposal, including patterns, compositions, technical drawings, colour palettes and carefully selected materials. Each element is refined in collaboration with you to ensure the final design reflects your vision while responding to the architectural character and practical requirements of the space.

Discuss Your Project

Every surface begins with an idea. Whether you are envisioning a single decorative wall panel, a bespoke architectural feature or an entire interior, we would love to explore the possibilities with you.

Share your ideas, approximate dimensions, preferred materials or reference images. Our designers will work with you to develop a considered design, from the initial concept and material selection to detailed drawings and production.
