The Veyra Chevron Inlay Media Console explores the expressive possibilities of geometric repetition through a striking black and white composition. Its elongated silhouette, softly rounded ends and rhythmic chevron pattern establish a dialogue between Art Deco ornamentation and contemporary sculptural furniture.
Individually cut bone inlay strips form a continuous sequence of V-shaped motifs across the two central doors and curved end panels. The alternating black and white lines create a distinctive optical effect, introducing movement and depth while maintaining precision throughout the composition.
A brass metal structure provides a contrasting architectural element. The expansive metallic tabletop follows the cabinet's rounded profile, while fine brass edging defines its contours. Beneath, a recessed oval brass plinth supports the elongated form, creating a sense of visual balance.
Two concealed doors offer practical storage within the low-profile cabinet. Individually made by skilled artisans, the piece brings together decorative geometry, material contrast and contemporary design.
