The Tessera Geometric Bone Inlay Console Table explores the relationship between geometry, repetition and decorative surface design. Part of the Tessera Collection, its composition draws upon traditional mosaic patterns, reinterpreting interlocking floral geometry through a contemporary furniture silhouette.
The surface features an intricate arrangement of four-petal motifs, formed from individually cut pieces of natural bone against a soft grey background. Repeated across the four drawer fronts, the pattern creates a continuous geometric rhythm, while smaller diamond and floral borders frame the tabletop, surrounding structure and legs.
Four drawers offer concealed storage, each accented with a flower-shaped knob that complements the surrounding ornamentation. The slender rectangular legs and open lower structure introduce a sense of lightness, balancing the density of the decorative surface.
