The Strata Sculptural Bone Inlay Coffee Table explores the relationship between balance, geometry and material. Inspired by modernist architecture, its distinctive composition transforms three rectangular volumes into a striking sculptural form, creating an interplay of horizontal planes, asymmetry and negative space.
The design features a substantial lower platform supporting a smaller central block, above which an elongated tabletop extends dramatically to one side. This cantilevered arrangement introduces a sense of movement while maintaining the clean, architectural character of the piece.
Every visible surface is covered in individually arranged rectangular pieces of natural bone, creating a subtle brick-bond mosaic. Variations in cream, beige and natural bone tones bring depth to the surface, while slender brass-finished bands define each level and emphasise the layered construction.
Designed as a functional centrepiece, the table combines contemporary sculptural expression with traditional inlay artistry. Its unconventional silhouette offers a distinctive focal point for modern living interiors.
