What if the furniture has damages upon delivery?Please click photo and videos of the damage product's packaging before opening the piece and contact us within a day after delivery.

What is the probability of receiving damaged order?Negligible, as our delivery partner is taking necessary protocols to avoid such incidents. We pack them securely as per partner guidelines with a fragile sticker.

Does the product need any assembly?It requires minimal assembly, every product is shipped with an assembly kit.

What action is taken when there is damage?Delivery company's Inspection team will contact the buyer and prepare the report. If the furniture is repairable, the cost of repair will be refunded to the buyer. If it requires replacement of any part, it will be shipped by us after the inspection. If the furniture is non-repairable, a complete refund is provided to the buyer. Note: Please keep the furniture and crate packaging intact to help in the process of inspection.

What if I receive a damaged piece?We ensure that our packaging keeps your furniture safe, but sometimes, certain aspects of logistics are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged piece, we will either issue a full refund or send you a completely new piece.

How soon will I receive my furniture piece after placing an order?- If the furniture piece is in stock, we need 3-4 days for a quality check, and delivery will take 7-10 days. - If the piece is not available in stock, we need 3-4 weeks for production and an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
